I think the exercise was really a good way to lose some fats and boost your immune system. Sui was very gracious when she danced with the panda faced human. The steps were not hard as well as it it easy to follow. The music used was really nice and repetitive, easy to jive along. Sui and the panda faced human was obviously having a great time dancing to the beat. They were both in black sports attire. At the middle part of the video, the panda faced human got tired but Sui on the other hand was still energetic. Steps do not involve jumping so it’s just the basic ones. This video only shows that even at the comforts of your home, if you wish to work out, you can. Just find a good tune and beat to dance with and everything else follows.

I think finding a partner, group of friends, or even doing this exercise solo can really help you boost your mood and your health. Just keep doing this exercise till you notice some changes in your body. After all, it’s better to move than not move at all right? Keep it up and try to motivate yourself everytime you do this exercise.
